At BlackToe Running, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next race or training session. If your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original shoe box or apparel packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
